Acceptance of these terms
By purchasing or using OtterSim SIM or eSIM services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the service.
Our service
OtterSim provides prepaid mobile connectivity through partner networks. Coverage, speed, and availability can vary by location, device, network conditions, and partner operations. A compatible, unlocked device is required for eSIM service.
Plans, activation, and expiry
Plans include the data allowance and validity period displayed at checkout. Plans begin on activation or as otherwise stated in your purchase confirmation, and expire at the end of the validity period. Unused data does not roll over unless expressly stated. You are responsible for installing and activating your eSIM according to the instructions provided.
Acceptable use
You may use the service for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not use it for illegal activity, fraud, network abuse, spam, interference with other users, or any activity that could harm our network partners. We may suspend or terminate service where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
Payments and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout and payment is due when you place an order. Because eSIM plans are digital products that may be delivered immediately, refunds are generally unavailable after delivery or activation, except where required by applicable law or where a service fault is confirmed by OtterSim.
Support and liability
We provide support for plan delivery and activation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OtterSim is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including losses caused by interrupted connectivity. Our total liability for a claim related to a plan will not exceed the amount you paid for that plan.
